Bullet Storm(Limit Break): The Rouge fire a storm of bullets at all enemies for [100/115/125/135/150]% damage. {Rank N}
Passives:
- Reflex: Increase in-battle skill by +[10/20/30/40/50] (Flat amount). {Rank R}
- Bounty: This hero is [10/15/20/25/30]% stronger against Human-type enemies. {Rank N}
