The Sage of the Collegium is a master of magic and time, combining the two to reverse time and allow allies to use their skill sooner.

Tips:
- Haste can only be cast on other allies.
- A Sage promoted beyond elite rank can not only take a few hits, he can provide good auras and is also able to deal decent (magic) damage.
- It is a good idea to keep a few spare Sages (not necessarily higher than elite rank - for easy revival). Even at recruit, a Sage has the full potential of his Haste skill, but only a 15 minute revive timer, allowing you to sacrifice him if needed.

- Since the Sage's ability increases movement as well as refresh abilities, it is optimal to use his Haste ability at the beginning of your turn, letting your more powerful heroes such as the Paladin or Wizard be able to cover much greater lengths.
- Sage's haste ability only stacks for a maximum of 10 movement.
Tactics:
The Sage's 'Haste' skill when coupled with the Dancer's 'Dance' makes a pretty fun tactic. You can refresh movement AND skill of a hero on every turn. That can mean double steal, or double heal. You can even 'Protect' 2 units with a single Guard simultaneously.
Please note however that the unfortunate trade-off of having these two in your squad is that you have two non-combatants that will require looking after.
